🎯 What Do Cub Scouts Do?

Pack Meetings – Monthly gatherings with fun games, songs, skits, and awards.

Den Meetings – Smaller weekly meetings by grade level.

Outdoor Fun – Day hikes, nature walks, family camping trips.

STEM & Crafts – Hands-on science, art, and creative challenges.

Pinewood Derby – Build and race your own wooden car!

Community Service – Food drives, cleanups, parades, and flag ceremonies.

Holiday & Cultural Events – Celebrations, ceremonies, and themed activities.

🏆 Advancement

Each Scout works on adventures (short activity-based lessons) to earn:

Badges

Belt loops

Pins

Awards (like the Religious Emblem or Outdoor Activity Award)

These awards recognize progress, learning, and personal growth.

👪 Family Involvement

Cub Scouts is family-focused. Parents and guardians are encouraged to:

Attend meetings
Help with activities
Volunteer as leaders or helpers
Siblings are often welcome too, especially at Pack events and campouts.

🔄 Transition to Scouts BSA

After earning the Arrow of Light in 5th grade, Cub Scouts can bridge into Scouts BSA, where they take on more leadership and outdoor adventures as they grow older.
